If you are swapping crypto to crypto, or crypto to fiat (EUR), after time-out of the swap (90 minutes) your wallet will automatically or manually reclaim your crypto.
If you are swapping fiat (EUR) to crypto (BTC, NIM) likely your bank transfer was not sent out in time, was not sent as an instant wire transaction, had the wrong amount, or had an incorrect or missing reference number in the note field.
